Ha Ha Tonka State Park (Missouri)
Ha Ha Tonka State Park is located at the Lake of the Ozarks, just outside Camdenton, Missouri. The property includes over 1000 acres and was originally constructed as a private residence for a Kansas City business man. It burned many years ago as a result of fireplace sparks which landed on the shake roof and caught it on fire. The State of Missouri acquired the property about 30 years ago and created Ha Ha Tonka State Park. In addition to the unique "castle" and water tower, the park includes a cave, natural bridge, spring, and many unique geological features, including collapsed caves.
