Ha Ha Tonka State Park (Missouri) : Ha Ha Tonka State Park is located at the Lake of the Ozarks, just outside Camdenton, Missouri. The property includes over 1000 acres and was originally constructed as a private residence for a Kansas City business man. It burned many years ago as a result of fireplace sparks which landed on the shake roof and caught it on fire. The State of Missouri acquired the property about 30 years ago and created Ha Ha Tonka State Park. In addition to the unique "castle" and water tower, the park includes a cave, natural bridge, spring, and many unique geological features, including collapsed caves. Snow pictures added 12/16/07 and 1/28/09.

Bagnell Dam : Bagnell Dam, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri with all but one flood gate opened. Taken on the morning of March 17, 2008, heavier than normal spring rains had elevated water levels in surrounding lakes and rivers until it was necessary to release water from Lake of the Ozarks into the Osage River below. It is rare to see this many flood gates opened.

Lauren's Pictures of Glacier National Park : These photos, primarily of Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park, were taken by my then-13 year old daughter in July 2006. She made this journey with my brother, his wife and daughter. In additional to Glacier and Yellowstone, they also stopped at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, S.D., Mount Rushmore, the Little Bighorn battlefield (Custer's last stand), and a wolf and grizzly sanctuary just outside Yellowstone.
